Hello and thank you for visiting. My name is Trisha Vezirian, founder of BodyEPIK by Trish, where we are 100% committed to "raising the bar" on Coaching via a 360° approach to fitness.
Established in 2016, BodyEPIK by Trish was formed as a direct result of my college education, decades successfully coaching clients and competing as a top ranking Professional Women's Physique Competitor with the IFBB.
I graduated with honors (Phi Kappa Phi) from Penn State with a B.S. in Exercise & Sport Science and later received a certification in Personal Training & Nutrition from The National Personal Training Institute of Philadelphia.

Personal training
At BodyEPIK, our personal training offering includes the option for either 30 or 60 minute In-Person or Virtual, Training Sessions. The specific type of training protocol implemented will be directly dictated by each clients' unique fitness and physique goals.
We call upon 3 decades of successful coaching experience, supported by the most current and relevant research in the field of Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning. Working with a coach like Trisha, can optimize and fast track results by providing the most efficient, effective and direct path to achieve client goals.
NUTRITION
Nutrition and meal planning are vital components of ones health and fitness journey. A balanced meal plan in terms of macro nutrient partitioning and total caloric intake, will positively impact body recomposition efforts, support resistance training demands and improve ones overall health and vitality.
Our meal plans are not "cookie-cutter." Instead, each nutrition client receives a custom calculated and designed plan that is specific to their physique, body composition and/or performance goals.
COMPETITION PREP
Preparing successfully for a physique competition, regardless of division or tenure in the sport, can be overwhelming for anyone but especially the novice competitor. Let BodyEPIK clear the path, remove all obstacles and guide you through the entire process; from contest prep to stage ready to backstage support to the post contest rebound phase!
Executing a training protocol is only a portion of the success equation. The remainder is mentality and establishing what I refer to as "the mindset of a champion.” I will teach you to harness a mental rolodex of positive affirmations, paired with positive visual imagery, that can be deployed at anytime to create an intense focus prior to performance.
