My workouts focus on training all major muscle groups of the body in a single session. These sessions are time efficient and designed to provide a comprehensive and well-rounded workout that targets various areas of the body, including the legs, arms, core, and back.

- Strong Lifts 5x5: A simple and effective program focused on compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench press.
- 5/3/1: A strength training program that focuses on slow progression and heavy lifts.
- PPL (Push, Pull, Legs): A split workout routine that focuses on pushing movements one day, pulling movements the next, and leg exercises on the third day.
- CrossFit: A high-intensity fitness program that incorporates elements of weightlifting, cardio, and gymnastics.
- Bodybuilding: A program focused on isolation exercises and hypertrophy for aesthetic muscle growth.
- Calisthenics: A bodyweight training program that focuses on exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, dips to build strength and muscle.
- High-Intensity Interval Training: Alternating between high-intensity bursts of exercise and rest periods.
