Trisha Vezirian dedicated her entire life to fitness! She's taken a long and winding road to get to where she is today.
About ME.....
"My biggest joy is seeing people become their better selves"
My initial interest in fitness started in early high school when I quietly struggled with my weight and body image. Always a "doer," I took things into my own hands; educating myself on everything health, fitness and weight management. Slowly, I ended up getting in the best shape of my teen years, which eventually set the stage for my prosperous future in fitness.
This early passion for fitness propelled me to study Exercise & Sports Science at Penn State. It wasn't until post-college 1992 however, that I began dedicating myself to the sport of physique competitions. I earned my WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding Federation) Pro Card and went on to place 6th at my first pro show, “1994 Ms. Universe” in NYC. Following, although still training and coaching clients, I stepped away from the stage for a number of years.
Suddenly In 2011, I slowly began flirting with the idea of taking my training to the next level; no committments, just ideas. I stepped on stage 1 1/2 years later at the 2012 INBF World Amateur Championships, placing 2nd in both Figure and Fit Body. I continued competing, but in 2014 I switched federations to the NPC (National Physique Committee) and set my eyes on earning another pro card with the IFBB, which I finally achieved in 2018 at the NPC Team Universe.
Upon earning my IFBB pro card, my heart became set on competing at The Olympia. I competed at the following IFBB "Olympia Qualifier" Competitions: 2021 New York Pro, 2020 Arnold Classic, 2020 Rising Phoenix/Arizona Pro, 2019 Omaha Pro, 2019 Tampa Pro, 2019 Peurto Rico Pro, and the 2019 Atlantic Coast.
In 2022 just prior to making my Bodybuilding debut at The Chicago & Pittsburgh Pro, I retired from the IFBB as a professional athlete. This transition enabled me to shift focus from my own competitive aspirations to the transformation goals of my clients. It's immensely satisfying to empower and clear the path for my clients to pursue their own personal health & fitness dreams!
