WHAT IS THE BODYEPIK WAY?
We believe every client is unique and that there is no "one-size fits all" approach to coaching. Our methods are individualized and designed to fit the client’s needs and desired outcomes. We take into consideration short/long-term goals, lifestyle, dieting/training/medical history and personal preferences around food and dieting. Check-ins with video feedback responses are conducted weekly. Throughout the coaching relationship, we adopt a team like approach with the client where decisions are made together. This joint approach helps ensure we achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

We combine our experience with the most up to date evidence based nutrition and exercise science research to deliver cutting edge results to our clients. Areas of coaching expertise include: General Fitness, Body Recomposition (Fat loss, Muscle Gain), Weight Loss/Gain, Physique Competition Prep (Peak Week Protocols, Reverse Dieting) and Mindset & Performance Coaching.
In addition to Personal Training, Nutrition and Competition Prep, BodyEPIK plays a crucial role in helping clients make positive mindset changes, leading to enhanced performance. Positive self-talk, visualiztion and helping clients overcome mental barriers that may be holding them back from reaching their full potential, are all important components of mindset management.
By addressing both the body and mind, BodyEPIK helps clients develop a holistic approach to health. Ultimately, the goal is to empower clients to make lasting changes improving their overall well-being and quality of life. By combining physical training with mental and emotional support, we are committed to helping clients achieve long-term success in their fitness journey.
When BodyEPIK works with a client, we design a program tailored to their specific health and fitness priorities. Below are some of the more common training protocols deployed.

- Weight Lifting: Incorporate compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and rows to build strength and lean body mass.
- Resistance Training: Use of exercise machines and/or free weights to target specific muscle groups and increase muscle mass.
- Circuit Training: Strategically combine weight lifting and cardiovascular training in a circuit format, maximizing caloric output & promoting muscle building.
- High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): Short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief rest periods, helps increase metabolism and improve cardiovascular endurance.
- Moderate intensity, steady-state cardio sessions to improve cardiovascular health and assist in fat loss.
- Proper nutrition: Ensure appropriate caloric and macronutrient intake are consumed to support muscle growth while aiding in fat loss.
personal TRAINING
Personal training enables our clients' to efficiently, effectively and safely pursue their fitness goals. Working 1:1 with a CPT, clients will engage in a challenging training protocol that has been individually designed and tailored to their unique health and fitness goals. We will take into account and prioritize any injuries, muscle imbalances or mobility limitations identified during the Initial Fitness Assessment.
Although each client has varying needs most will choose BodyEPIK to help them improve one or more of the following metrics: Improved Body Composition Ratios, Improved Cardiovascular and/or Muscular Strength, Endurance, Power, Improved Mobility and Overall Fitness through highly structured, customized workouts incorporating principles such as progressive overload, time under tension and exercise selection to name just a few.

Nutrition
What you eat, how much and when will not only fuel your workouts and aid in recovery but is also a critical component of achieving body composition and overall health goals.
At BodyEPIK, we are proficient in all aspects of nutrition coaching. This includes fat loss, muscle gain, body re-composition, reverse dieting, contest preparation and peak week protocols.
Our meal plans are by no means "cookie-cutter." Instead, we take the guess work out of nutrition by providing highly customized and detailed plans. Based on each clients specific goal(s), we calculate a complete macro nutrition plan ensuring appropriate caloric and protein intake are consumed to support ones goals.
Depending upon ones preferences, lifestyle and need for flexibility, we offer a variety of meal plan solutions to meet client needs.

COMPETITION PREP
As a Professional Women's Physique Competitor who has not only coached herself but others as well, Trisha has the knowledge, and track-record, to successfully prepare novice and/or seasoned competitors for stage; regardless of division or category.
Typically, competitor clients begin their contest preparations 3-5 months prior to competition. Although the multiple phases of prep can be overwhelming, Trisha will manage the entire process for her clients; from nutrition, training, supplementation, to selecting a posing coach, stage suit, routine and music. Trisha prefers to travel with her clients, if possible, to support them throughout the entire show-day process and is also available through the post contest rebound phase.
